As a former school teacher with a double major in Elementary and Special Education, Peggy Hoime understands the value of learning to focus on our STRENGTHS, and what we CAN do rather than on our weaknesses.  After experiencing years of teaching students who had been tested as mentally retarded and "not-teachable", and getting them to read, think and function above grade level, Peggy was asked to speak at teachers conventions on How to Work With Challenging Children in the Classroom Setting.

Peggy took these skills of focusing on our strengths, developing our unique gifts, believing in ourselves and started to apply them to her life.  "What would happen for me, if I believed in myself as much as I believed in my students?" was a question Peg asked herself one day after her students had gone home.

That question transformed Peg's life as much as the skills had transformed many students.  Using the same skills, Peg lost 90 pounds, became a popular motivational speaker in the Mid West, developed a series of tapes and wrote a journal.

Peggy moved to the Pioneer Valley area of Massachusetts about 10 years ago and has become a popular motivational speaker on the East Coast. She also brings her Life Changing tools and strategies to her coaching clients and has witnessed huge changes in the lives of people.

In her coaching, Peggy helps people find the courage to:
